Date: May 31-June 4 Time: 5:45-8:30 Check In Starts At 5:20 | Our theme this year is Illumination Station, where we learn how to put the spotlight on Jesus and be the light! Please fill out the form below in order for your kid(s) to attend! DOORS OPEN FOR CHECK-IN AT 5:20 STARTS AT 5:45 ENDS AT 8:30 (8:45 PM on final night). We will provide dinner each night for the kids!

Please mark the correct grade level JUST FINISHED, along with a full DOB and age. For the best environment for our kids, we place kids in their appropriate age/grade level. For PreK, your child MUST be older than 3 years old and potty trained.
