Agreement and Release of Liability
The person requesting the use of River Point Community Church facilities hereby absolves the church, its pastors, leadership, members, or people of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the church facilities. Please report any damage to equipment or facility to the church staff promptly.
The group or individual using the facility is responsible for following all written signage and other policies as henceforth detailed to maintain the cleanliness of the building throughout the entirety of the event.
The group or individual using the facility is responsible for disposing trash accumlated by the event. There is a dumpster located in the parking lot to the side of the Youth Building. No need to replace the trash bags with new ones.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY (Expressly, Specifically and Conspicuously including Negligence)
I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING BELOW I AM FULLY AND FINALLY RELEASING RIVER POINT COMMUNITY CHURCH AND ALL ASSOCIATED PERSONS AND ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY, EXPRESSLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE, FOR ANY INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LOSSES THAT PARTICIPANT MAY SUFFER OR SUSTAIN BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER (OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM) THE EVENTS/ ACTIVITIES/TRIPS CONTEMPLATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. THIS IS A FULL AND FINAL RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGES AND OTHER LOSSES OF PARTICIPANT, EXPRESSLY INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR NEGLIGENCE OF RIVER POINT COMMUNITY CHURCH AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES.
